How to Book Your Safari

Step 1: Submit the Inquiry Form

Start your journey by filling out the inquiry form on our website. This helps us understand:

Step 2: Receive a Personalized Proposal

After submitting your inquiry:

• Our safari experts will review your request
• You’ll receive a personalized proposal with pricing and itinerary details within 24 hours
• We’ll happily adjust the itinerary until it suits your needs perfectly

Step 3: Confirm Your Booking

Once you’re ready to book:

• You’ll receive a booking form and invoice
• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your safari
• The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before your trip

We accept payments via:

Step 4: Receive Your Safari Travel Pack

Upon confirmation and deposit:

• We’ll send you a digital Safari Travel Pack including:

  • What to pack

• We’ll also assist with airport pickup, hotel bookings, and visa information
